Radical Abortion-Rights Bill Advances PDF Print E-mail

The Reproductive Health Act, A6112 (Glick), passed the Assembly Health Committee on May 31, 2011 by a vote of 18 to 8. It now awaits action in the Assembly Codes Committee. If the bill manages to pass both houses of the Legislature and is signed into law it would radically expand abortion rights in New York State, potentially even allowing for partial birth abortion.

Tell your elected officials to vote against this extreme piece of legislation at New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms’ Legislative Action Center.
