A group of New York State pastors founded New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms, Ltd. (NYCF) in April 1982. Concerned about religious liberties and moral values, these pastors established a mandate to mobilize when needed.

NYCF's success or failure rests with concerned individuals and their determination to face escalating challenges. NYCF is not a religious organization. It is a statewide, issues-orented, political lobbying organization that is committed to voicing the moral and religious perspective to New York state legislators.
