New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms (NYCF) has experienced many victories since our founding in 1982, including:

• Successful passage of the "Baby Aids" bill
• Blocking casino expansion on non-Indian land
• Keeping adultery laws on the books
• Assuring that churches are only charged residential, not commercial, rates for utilities
• Making child pornography illegal
• Defeating the "Bathroom Bill"
• And many others

Some of NYCF's accomplishments are positive pieces of legislation signed into law by the sitting Governor, but the majority of our victories are in blocking legislation that assault parental rights, attack our religious freedoms, or undermine the pro-life and pro-family perspective in New York State.
