  • Telephone rates charged to churches for local service—reduce from commercial rates to residential rates
  • $200,000 threshold before a Supreme Court Judge must be involved in a real property transaction involving a church

  • Solving diploma issue for home schools and Christian schools— allowing them to attend state universities
  • Eminent Domain which threatens EVERY church in New York State
